To make an online pledge to any of the pre-registered players go to pledgereg.com and enter event name "bash"
for a list registered fund-raisers.
The Bash will be held at Forslund Gym, Northfield Mount Hermon in Gill, MA on March 27, 2011.
Event runs from 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Tournament times (Choose which time is best foer you):
*Early Birdie - 9:00 - 11:30am
*Sunday Brunch - 12:00 - 2:30pm
*Done Before Dinner - 3:00 - 5:30pm
Format:
3 distinct tournaments with trophies awarded to the top teams. Each team requires 3 players.
Pledges: This is a fundraiser, and all players are encouraged to collect pledges/donations , of at least $30, in order to participate. This year we will be offering prizes to players who meet certain pledge benchmarks. Please note that T-shirts will only be given to players who raise at least $40.
Pledges & Prizes:
$40 + Commemorative t-shirt
$150 + Commemorative hooded sweatshirt & commemorative t-shirt
$250 + Entered into raffle for e-reader, receive hooded sweatshirt & t-shirt
Early Registration: Players who submit their registration and pledges by March 11th, 2011 will have their prizes waiting for them on the day of the event.
REGISTER EARLY to guarantee your team's place. Players who submit registration and pledges early can receive t-shirts before the event, or have their prizes waiting for them on the day of the event.
Trophies:
Trophies will be awarded to the top teams in each tournament. In addition, Wild Card trophies may be given at the discretion of the Bash officials to players or teams for demonstrating extraordinary effort, best costuming, “Most Improved,” “Most Enthusiastic” and other noteworthy accomplishments.
Raffle:There will also be an opportunity to buy tickets for raffles with great prizes from local businesses. |
