LGBTQ+ Housing First Case Manager (posted 05-11-2023)
The Housing First Case Manager (HF CM) provides housing and individualized case management support to YYA (under 25 years old) participating in DIAL/SELF’s Housing First programs. The program spans multiple counties and supports LBBTQ+ YYA living in a variety of housing options throughout multiple communities.
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear masks on site, and during in-person interactions while in doors. There is an expectation of on-site work in Greenfield, Northampton, Orange and the surrounding area for the majority of paid time, with a limited amount of remote work possible after provisional employment period is completed.

Looking to fill one of the three following Administrative positions. Position filled will be dependent on applications received and qualifications of those applications:
Operations Director Full time (posted 05-19-2023)
The Operations Director is responsible for coordinating daily transactions connected to agency operations such as bookkeeping, human resources, property management and general agency administrative needs. At the time of posting, the agency has an annual budget of about $2 million and manages over $1 million in federal contracts. The agency is the sole owner of two LLCs, owns 4 buildings on 3 plots of land and leases two office locations. The agency acts as a mission driven property owner for 21 residential apartments that are a mix of efficiency, one bedroom and two bedroom units. DIAL/SELF has about 18 regular employees and supports up to 57 AmeriCorps members per year.

Administrative Coordinator Full time (posted 05-19-2023)
The Administrative Coordinator (AC), under the supervision of the Executive Director is responsible for coordinating daily transactions connected to agency operations such as bookkeeping, human resources, information technology and general agency administrative needs.
Opportunity for advancement: This position has been designed to provide training and experience that could lead to a Director level position in the next year as part of planned staff turnover and retirement.

Administrative Assistant - Full time (posted 05-19-2023)
The Administrative Assistant works with the guidance of the Operations Director and Executive Director to further the goals of the agency. General administrative support may include but not be limited to data entry, bookkeeping support, hard copy filing systems, fundraising events, volunteer engagement, agency inventory control and agency/program compliance review.
